Coach/Sparring SortingCoaches are sorted by the three criteria of coach level, popularity, and evaluation and displayed on the homepage of the coach; sparring coaches are sorted by popularity and evaluation and displayed on the homepage of the sparring; all criteria are arranged in descending order, and the same level is arranged by the first letter of the name.
Students reserve coaches/sparring partners Obtain the customer's LBS positioning, and recommend nearby arenas and top resident coaches based on the positioning; or customers can manually filter venues and coaches based on the positioning.
Browse and select a coachSelect service items (adults, children, units), class hours, select a venue, date and time (not optional if the coach has fixed the venue and time), confirm the appointment and pay; the coach will confirm the venue and time, and adjust the venue and time according to the actual situation, and negotiate with the students.

Cancel Appointment To cancel an appointment after a student has successfully made an appointment, just click "Cancel" on My Course in the student center. After cancellation, the system will notify the instructor and partner. Free cancellation is available 4 hours before the appointment start time. If the cancellation time is less than 4 hours before the appointment start time, 10% of the fee will be deducted as compensation to the instructor. If the venue fee has already been incurred, the venue fee will be deducted as well. If a fixed class is canceled, the instructor will negotiate with the instructor to make up the class.
Evaluation and ComplaintsStudents evaluate the coach/sparring service and venue. Only after the evaluation, the coach/sparing coach can receive the corresponding service compensation. If you do not submit an evaluation, the service compensation will be transferred to the coach/trainer account 8 hours after the course ends; if you are not satisfied, the student can submit a complaint. After submitting the complaint, the compensation payment process will be suspended, and the platform will mediate and handle it as appropriate.
Course ManagementThe coach/sparring coach can view the course schedule according to historical dates, future dates and today.
Course Change If the course needs to be temporarily changed due to subjective or objective reasons, the coach/trainer will make the change on the course management page.
Course FeedbackAfter the course is completed, the coach/trainer needs to provide timely feedback on the course situation and description of exceptions; student sign-in operations are also required in children's training. During children's training, students who ask for temporary leave must negotiate with the coach to handle the sign-in matter.
Telephone appointmentClick "Telephone appointment" to jump directly to the platform hotline page, where customer service will assist in completing the order.
Student rechargeStudents can recharge through WeChat payment and Alipay payment in the personal center.
